Kucing mati tengah jalan

Paparil adalah pencinta kucing tegar. Dulu dia ada seekor kucing yang nama tersangatlah panjang, Wan Shahriman Peter Abdullah, panggil Peter.Tapi Peter dah takde, dah hilang :-( Saya suka kucing tak? Hmm…not really. Saya penakut dan fobia dengan kucing. Tak tau la kenapa. Geli kot.

Wan Shahriman Peter Abdullah

Kenapa tetiba nak cerita pasal kucing ni? Sebab…pagi tadi ada seekor kucing maut kat Jalan Subang Airport tu…So sad..Mati terkangkang tau… Kesian kucing-kucing kat KL ni, selalu mati di jalanan. Sedih kan? Walaupun saya bukan pencinta kucing, tetaplah rasa sedih dengan nasib kucing-kucing ni :-(

Renungan manja Peter

Dulu masa kerja kat Bangsar, selalu nampak kucing mati kat exit Subang tol NPE.Ada tu daripada ada jasad sampai tinggal debu je kucing-kucing tu..Takde orang nak tolong tanam. Ye la, kata tengah2 hiway, nanti tak pasal2 kita yang mati katak kat situ.

Peringatan: Jangan langgar saya!

My current playlist, ying & yang

I always have an outdated playlist in my MP3. If people have listens to that song for ages, I just started to like it. I think it is part of being old *sigh*. My current playlist now consist of these 2 songs, I Do by Colbie Caillat and Jar of Heart by Christina Perri. I love it!

I've been listening to this 2 songs for a few days. Keep repeating it over and over again. You peeps should listen to this songs. It is indeed a catchy songs in their own ways. It is ying and yang. Why? I Do by Colbie Caillat is a happy make you wanna dance kind of song. While, Jar of Heart by Christina Perri is a mournful song that leave you with goosebumps and lingers in your mind for quite some times.

So, enjoy the songs!

Colbie Caillat - I Do
You make we wanna say
I do, I do, I do, do do do do do do doo
Cause every time before we spend like
Maybe yes and maybe no
I can live without it, I can let it go
Ooh, I did, I get myself into
You make we wanna say I do, I do, I do, I do, I do, I do...

Christina Perri - Jar of Heart
Who do you think you are?
Runnin' 'round leaving scars
Collecting your jar of hearts
And tearing love apart

You're gonna catch a cold
From the ice inside your soul
So don't come back for me
...

Sharing is caring: Coffee is good for your health

Hello peeps!

A friend of mine forwarded me an article from Shine, which is an online magazine. The article is about  5 health reason to not quit coffee. *Grin* Isn't it exciting? I'm grinning from head to toe just by reading the title.

The article is a good news to all coffee lover! It listed down the benefit of drinking coffee to our health. I don’t know how true it is but at least it assures me that coffee is not that bad, right? The key rules here is moderation. Don't drink like there is no tomorrow. Nothing is good if you don’t place limit to it.

Here are the points from the article:

Reason No.1 – It protects your heart
Coffee works as antioxidants and do you know that coffee has more antioxidants than blueberries? Isn't it great? :-)

Reason No.2 – It diverts diabetes
According to the article, people who drink 4 or more cups of coffee each day may have a lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Hmm…should I increase my coffee intake from 2 cups to 4 cups per day, yes or no? Ok, don’t worry, on second thought, I think I shouldn’t. Remember the rules here? MODERATION.

Reason No.3 – Your liver loves it
It says, one analysis of nine studies found that every 2-cup increase in daily coffee intake reduced liver cancer risk by 43 percent! Again, I’m not sure whether the research is reliable.*scratching head*

Reason No.4 – It boosts your brain power
I kind of agree to this. My brain works faster when I drink coffee. The fresh aroma of coffee awakes me. Heaven.

Reason No.5 – It helps your headaches
Well, I never associate headache to my habit of drinking coffee. I seldom had headache. But, sometimes I do get headache before my monthly “best friend” came. Maybe I should try to drink coffee to calm my spinning head.

Do you agree with all these reason, no? Well, after reading the article I feel less guilty when I drink coffee. 2 cups a day won’t hurt, right? So, to coffee lover, do enjoy your cup of coffee! Peace.

Room Service Deliveries, Food on your door steps

Oh, I love this kind of service. All you need to do is pick up the phone and place the order, as simple as A to Z. Instead of usual Pizza or McD delivery service, Room Service Deliveries is another way to pamper yourself. There are variety of restaurant to choose from, Chili’s, TGIF, Kenny Rogers, Papa Rich, Tarbush, Penang Village and a lot more. But, of course you need to pay for the delivery charge, nothing comes free nowadays.

I get to know about this Room Service Deliveries recently during my chaotic weeks at work, when we have to order take-away each night! The delivery charge varies from RM12 to RM20, depends on the location where you order from. Currently, they deliver to Bangsar - Petaling Jaya, KL - Ampang and Subang - Shah Alam area. Oh, they also operate in Singapore and Indonesia.

How to order:
Step 1: Select your city and area
Step 2: Choose your restaurant
Step3: Choose your dishes
Step 4: Call in or order online
Step 5: It’ll be there in 1 hour!

Well, they promise to deliver within 1 hour. But, when we order the other day they took almost 1 ½ hour to deliver the food (Hmm..maybe because we ordered a lot, the restaurant need more time to cook all the order, no?). All of us are starving and don’t have the energy to complaint, lucky delivery boy. So, I guess if you really hungry, go out and buy yourself or place your order earlier.

Here is a little detail, sharing is caring, remember? :-):
